Bridges Stroke Self-Management is a social enterprise developed to enable stroke survivors to take control of their daily lives.

We first began working with them after successfully winning a tender to manage the transition from their previous identity, developing a new logo that encapsulated the fundamental ethos behind their programme: that progress is achieved through small steps, and small changes can make a big difference to life after stroke.

We extended this identity across all platforms, providing a strong, recognizable and unique brand for the programme to appeal to stroke survivors, carers and health care professionals, enabling Bridges to make a smooth transition in the professional health sector.
