The V&A’s vast collection of decorative arts and design provides visitors with an enormous amount of inspiration to fire their creativity. The Imagination Station is a portable storage unit for arts materials used within the galleries during interpretation workshops. In times of austerity, we refurbished the old Imagination Station from start to finish and branded it with the look and feel of the museum. The client was so happy we built another one for them from scratch, meaning they could engage more visitors in creative exploration in the galleries.

“I got in touch with Belinda because I knew she would be someone who could get her head around an unusual project in a short space of time and deliver what we wanted – which she did. The Imagination Station is a re-vamped mobile activity cart that is wheeled into the museum, from which families visiting the museum can collect activities. Families have loved it and we’ve since commissioned another one from Belinda’s team, which is proving a huge success. Belinda delivered just what we wanted, on time and within budget.”
