Grab your Bowler hat and head to the City of London because the City of London Festival is back once again and chock full of comedy, ballet, classical music, jazz, talks, outdoor performances, family friendly activities and loads of other stuff until the 17th July.
On previous years they’ve been kind enough to litter the City’s streets with pianos labeled with ‘Play Me I’m Yours’. This year, they’ve decided to garnish the Square Mile with guitars, so if you’re a budding Jimi Hendrix or Julian Bream, get down there and get involved. This Thursday (3rd July) the London Symphony Orchestra will be performing within the rather magnificent St Paul’s cathedral.
