We are delighted that one of our clients, Bridges self-management, has received some much deserved press coverage recently in The Times, The International Journal of Therapy & Rehabilitation, and Frontline Magazine.

Bridges was set up by Dr Fiona Jones in 2005 to enable stroke survivors and people with long term neurological conditions to take control of their rehabilitation and daily lives. Aside from the patients themselves, part of Bridges’ work is to provide training and consultancy to health and social care teams in both hospital and community neuro-rehabilitation, to help them understand and integrate self-management support in to their practice.

Moore & Moore Creative designed the logo, branding and marketing communications for Bridges, including the workbook, which forms an important part of the recovery process – you can read more about our involvement here.
